The Convention and Exhibition Centre of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship G2A Arena in Jasionka is the most modern facility of its kind in Podkarpacie. From the beginning on 23rd of June 2016, the main goal of G2A was clear: organizing the most renowned and prestigious events, trade shows, exhibitions and conferences in the region.

 

The G2A Arena is a business heart of the rapidly developing region. It is located merely 10 minutes away from Rzeszów thanks to well organized public transport. Going by car is also viable and easy. Close proximity to Airport Rzeszów-Jasionka makes arriving by plane even more swift and comfortable, as the Airport is located just across the roadway from the facility.

 

The facility also has access to a large parking lot. The Convention and Exhibition Centre of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship G2A Arena has over 16 thousand square meters of exhibition space, a Congress Hall that can fit 872 people, 2 large Conference Halls that can fit 220 and 190 people, 10 small halls that can fit from 20 to 60 people, a Meeting Room that can fit 33 people and two halls: restaurant and banquette that can fit 160 and 120 people.

History

On 22nd of August 2011,the Podkarpackie Voivodeship applied to PARP for funding of the initiative: "The construction of the Convention and Exhibition Centre of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship."

On December 2012 the contract was signed.

On the 30th of December 2013, the construction of the Convention and Exhibition Centre began. Two years later, on December 2015 the construction was complete and after finishing works, on 23rd of June 2016, the facility was officially opened.

Administrator

On 1st of July 2016, CKW Operator began to administrate the facility by, according to its primary purpose, planning numerous events: trade shows, congresses, exhibitions, and conferences with local, national and international coverage.

CKW Operator is a company created, with the knowledge and experience of the TRIAS Group, to which it belongs, to realize the tasks included in the contract regarding the administration of the convention and exhibition center CKW of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The team of experts both from the local region and from central Poland plans and executes the strategy of the facility's development and optimizes its functionality.
